Uhlmann C 100 Horizontal Cartoner, for cartonning blister packs into Reverse Tuck cartons at upto 100 Cartons/min.

  • Carton Size range, from Minimum 30 x 15 x 70mm high (AxBxH), upto a maximum of 100 x 85 x 150mm high (AxBxH)
  • The machine is fed automatically from its blister feed magazine
  • The machine comes complete with GUK Leaflet folder from stack, with 4 folding pockets
  • The machine is fitted with a Laetus Argus 4 bar code reader for both the leaflets and cartons, linked to an automatic rejection system.
  • The machine is fitted with an Emboss coder for both sides of the carton.
  • The Cartons are Reverse Tuck closed.
  • The machine weighs 700 kgs.

    2) Replacement of discharge belting ( Belt 1)
    3) Replacement of inclined belting ( Belt 2)
    4) Replacement of 90 degree discharge transfer bend conveyor belting
    5) Electrical interconnection of the Uhlmann UPS 300 & C-100 machines
    6) Painting of both machines in 'Bosch Silver' paint.
