Volpak, Vertical Twin Headed Sachet Filling & Sealing M/c, No 1 of 2, feeding common pocket discharge conveyor.

The twin Sachet Filling head, Volpak, Type 08 303, Series 10, Serial No 303.005, 1988 vintage, 220v 50Hz, Single Phase power, fill 2 Sachets simultaneously, each with 0.606g of powder, at the combined rate of 60 Sachets/min.

The twin Sachet Filling heads are each fed by powder from an overhead mounted Vacuum Transfer system, which sucks the powder on demand from an external mounted Bulk Powder S/s Tote Bin.

The complete Twin Filling Head system is capable of being hydraulically lifted clear of the Sachet filling area, for setting up, maintenance, & cleaning activities.

The Sachet filler is skid mounted, supported on 5 feet, and isfully guarded by later installed surrounding S/s framed macrolon interlocked guarding system.

The M/c filling operation is constantly checked by a Laetus Argus checking system linked to an automated pneumatic reject flap system, fitted to the filled sachet pick & place mechanism.
